Do you know how dirty the RO membrane has not been replaced in a long time?
The reverse osmosis water purifiers usually used in homes have five filters, RO membrane is the most exquisite and expensive filter element among them.
If you can taste the chlorine and the flow rate of the water purifier becomes very small, which cannot meet our daily water usage, you can determine that the RO membrane of your water purifier needs to be replaced.
At the same time, the granular carbon filter of your water purifier (second level) compressed carbon block filter (third level) and the PP sediment filter (first level) need to be replaced. The final filter element T33 needs to be replaced even more, because the compressed activated carbon and granular activated carbon are saturated and can easily breed bacteria, increase the load of the RO membrane and reduce the service life.

So how often should I replace these filters or when to change ro filter?
PP Sediment Filter
Service Life: 3-6 months
Granular Carbon Filter
Service Life: 6-12 months
Carbon Block Filter
Service Life: 6-12 months
HID Membrane (50G-100G)
Service Life: 1-2 years
Post Carbon Filter
Service Life: 6-12 months

★Note:
Replacing the pre-filter element at regular intervals will protect the service life of the RO membrane, because if the pre-filter element is not changed for a long time, the water flow to the RO will be less, and the water quality will be dirtier, and the RO working pressure If it is bigger, the quality of the produced water will be lower. It is recommended to regularly update the front filter element of the pure water machine, and replacing it once every 3-4 months will protect the RO membrane.
